Increase performance with faster gear shifts on your Jeep Renegade with the AutoFlash by MADNESS!

The MADNESS AutoFlash relies on updating the maps of the TCU to allow the gearbox to improve shift times and bypass the torque limiter.

The AutoFlash is a great stand alone solution to improve your vehicle's performance, but also works well in addition to our MAXPower ECM and our MADNESS GOPedal.

Often times vehicle manufactures will limit the full potential of a vehicle to compensate for all levels of drivers and maintenance, or because the manufacturer knows that in 18 months they will be releasing a more powerful version of that vehicle and can adjust the limiters to allow for this power increase.

So, the idea of the AutoFlash is to not only increase shift speed but to increase torque limitations throughout the gearing (except for 1st and reverse gears as we leave these at factory spec for safety) which in turn changes the speed of a shift.

The AutoFlash has been thoroughly tested both on the road and the track and we are sure you will agree that the shift and positive feel of the engine after the flash makes for a superb upgrade.

About the MADNESS AutoFlash:

AutoFlash can be used with any tuning box and other engine hardware modifications without issues.

The AutoFlash maps install within 30-90 seconds and it will not change the ECU flash counter or file size which could alert the manufacturer, this flash is undetectable.

If you ever take your Jeep to a dealer for service or software update and they overwrite the AutoFlash, simply re-install it just as you did during the first installation. You can do this as many times as needed to your vehicle. Keep in mind that the AutoFlash will lock on to your cars VIN Number on first use and cannot work on any other vehicle after you sync it with your Jeep.

Please note! Once this unit is linked with your vehicle it is married to the car by the VIN Number. While you can use it over and over again on your vehicle if needed after a dealer visit, but you cannot use it on another vehicle. Trying to sync it with another vehicle once you paired it with your vehicle can do damage to the item and the ECU in the car. Due to the way the unit is designed to work it cannot be used on another vehicle once it is paired with yours.

Due to this we cannot accept returns for this item in any way. We have no way to tell if the unit was paired or not with a vehicle and if it is returned we cannot use it again. Amazing change totaly the car feeling. It is strange at the begining because it takes time to the car for understand the new setup but after about 100 km you will feel the différence. Very good upgrade easy to instal just follow exactly the instruction. I’m very sad not to buy this before.

If you watched the video, he explains how car companies present new "more powerful " cars that are really the same drive train but the electronics are tweaked. Makes sense to me. Now I can tell you that this made a large, noticeable, and really fine difference. I also run the Madness GOPedal. The two mods leave me with a really fun quick car! The torque difference at redline 2d, when 3d kicks in? Oh yeah, the boost is there!

this is a very good upgrade... It increases acceleration, and is a good pair with a Go-pedal. If you want more out of your car than stock, and don't want to spend a small fortune, this is a good addition. No downsides I can see/feel, just a faster car!

The Autoflash is a great match with my Go Pedal the Autoflash made a dramatic change in the quickness of the shifts and when the RPMs runs up the power ban it shifts from one gear to the next smooth an crisp. Compared to stock its quick. Less hesitate from shift to shift and how you D press the gas pedal the RPM range will shift at the appropriate rpm even at a higher RPMs your shift is smooth and crisp. The Autoflash is a great addition by itself it will work perfect. If you pair it with the Go Pedal the package is awesome.

Take offs from a stop light are much faster, passing cars is never a problem, entering the interstate from the on ramps has been a breeze. The car has so much more get up and go. The gear shifts are smooth and provide the extra desired punch. I am extremely impressed with this product. Well worth the money.

Overall, I’m impressed. The vehicle shifts a lot smoother and holds RPMs much better. It is true that this tune required a little bit of breaking in. It was only moderately noticeable after the drive home but after driving to work the next day you can really notice the difference in how the transmission functions. I would say the change of performance is best characterized by giving your vehicle a Red Bull – or like energy drink. It’s just peppier and drives a lot smoother. It almost feels like the 0-60 time is faster than it used to be. If this is only a TCM tune I can’t imagine what a full ECU tune would be like.

I am pleasantly surprised. the guys at Madness suggested this add on when I said "what else?". Glad I got it. The change was noticeable and as they said it just kept getting better and better as I drove it. They said "you will feel it shift better and smoother and it will keep getting better as you drive". Sure enough. I am pleased. It took about 40-50 miles for everything to sync as they said and it was just about that. I felt a difference right away and as I drove it just kept getting better. Is it a huge difference? No, but one I am happy with. Good product.
